1. What this service is

ChiraOS is a private dashboard running on a personal home server. It is provided for the operator's own use and for people the operator explicitly allows in. Signing in with a Google account does not grant access — it only records who is asking.

2. Access

• Access is granted or refused at the operator's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• You must use your own Google account. Impersonation or sharing of sign-in sessions is not permitted.
• Automated scraping, probing, or attempts to bypass authentication are prohibited.

3. Availability

The service runs on consumer hardware over a residential connection. It may be offline, restarted, or changed at any time. No uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose is promised.

4. Your content

Files you upload through the dashboard remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to store them. Do not use the service for unlawful material.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damage arising from use of the service. Keep your own backups.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
